The Communication Tower is an important building to the X-nelians. It holds many rooms (not seen or entered by Samus), that deal with many ways to contact other planetary systems and possibly other galaxies.
Description
Edit
The Communication Tower show battle scars, notably from the X-nelian War. Upon arrival, Samus enters the tower to find it abandon and silent. Following her mission objective, Samus attempts to turn on the main central computer at the tower and retrieve any information on the whereabouts of the X-nel XI natives. The central computer fails to turn on and the power generator opens it's hatch in need of repairs. Before her, the Generator Guard Drone I attacks Samus. After a short battle, Samus is left unconscious, where Dal-G is given the opportunity to rescue Samus and gives her his plea to save the Sandoxes from their own destruction.
Trivia
Edit
- The Communication Tower had an alternative depiction on the tower's appearance, though never used, technical difficulties prevented the use of this tower in the first episode of Lego Metroid.
